You should be happy; we’re here to make that happen. Here at B in the City, we’ll cut, colour, style and finish your hair until you have the hair that you want. The B in the City Promise is that if you’re not completely delighted with your hair, just say so, and we will restyle your hair for free, or your entire fee will be refunded.
